Review of the municipal general plan

A review is not a rewrite: it means diagnosing what has worked in the plan in force, what was never delivered and why, and building the new model from that critical reading.

When you need it

• The plan is more than fifteen or twenty years old and the model no longer holds.
• Sector or territorial legislation has come into force that requires it to be adapted.
• The development land allocated has never been built out and needs rethinking.

We always start with the delivery assessment: it often saves reviewing something that only needs an amendment. Articles 57 and 95 of the Catalan planning act.
