Local energy and climate plans (SECAP, energy and street lighting master plans)

A climate and energy action plan is worth having if it ends in works and a budget, not in a document for the file. We do municipal energy planning with real consumption data and with measures that are properly sized and financeable.

What's included

• Inventory of the municipality's and the council's own consumption and emissions.
• Vulnerability and climate risk analysis for the municipal area.
• 2030 targets consistent with Covenant of Mayors commitments.
• Mitigation and adaptation actions with cost, savings and an assigned owner.
• Master plan for street lighting and municipal buildings.
• Funding routes: European funds and national and regional programmes.

When you need it

• You have to approve or update the plan and the commitment deadline is already running.
• You want to know which measures pay back before budgeting for them.
• Street lighting and public buildings consume without control and nobody knows how much.
• You want to bid for funding calls and lack the planning that unlocks them.

How we work

We work from the council's actual bills and inventories, not per-capita ratios. And we leave each action defined well enough for its design to be drafted the following year.
