A design serves both to build and to legalise, and it is often produced with only one of the two in mind. We write it so the works can be built and so the administrative file does not come back.

How we work

The design is signed by someone who can go on to manage the works, and it is written alongside the permitting: the same team knows which document each authority will ask for and when. That way the design does not have to be redone halfway through the process.
